Really easy, just waited for their email to let me know it was unlocked and then I connected my iPhone to iTunes and it was done and this is all the way from Australia. I recommend it to anyone an the most important thing I want to say is Be PATIENT it will get done and they are not dodgy. Thank you so much for the service guys!

Just give your carrier name and IMEI, pay your fee and they do the rest. You recieve an email once its been processed by Apple, plug into Itunes and your phone is unlocked!! I strongly recommend this company to any one who is looking for peice of mind. Did mine over the Easter break and all in it took 5 days from start to finnish. Well worth the money in my book, not the cheapest but the best by far.
